I got that letter. One ...I couldn't agree more. I got that letter. One paragraph gives a number to call to gain details of a back to work programme. The DWP employee who answered had no idea what I was on about and said they'd call back once they had asked about it. Four hours later (an hour outside their target) i have a message left by a different branch of the DWP (my ESA 'home' branch) saying they had nothing to do with back to work programmes and that I would have to contact my local Job Centre. I've said it before but I'm going to say it again... "What bloody back to work programme?". It feels like a mantra.
